* 3 cups all-purpose flour
* 1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast

* 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

- In a large bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar and yeast. Add in oil and warm water. Spread this mixture onto a large pizza pan then use your desired choice of toppings.

DIRECTIONS

- Poke holes onto the dough to release air then turn it onto a lightly floured surface. Make 3 equal pieces and form into rounds. Cover them and set aside for 10 minutes allowing it to rise. Meanwhile, set the oven to preheat settings of 425 degrees F.
- To mold dough into desired shape, use a rolling pin and spread the top with your favorite choice of sauce and toppings. Place it in the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until the crust and cheeses have turned golden brown in color.

- Beat eggs and use this to brush over the loaf followed by a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Place it in the preheated oven of 350 degrees and bake until nicely browned or for 55 minutes.

- Place it in the preheated oven of 400 degrees F to bake for 15 minutes or until it has turned golden brown in color.

- Combine yeast, water and sugar in a medium bowl. Cover it and set aside to stand for 10 minutes or until foamy. Add eggs, yogurt, vanilla, lemon zest and salt until thoroughly combined. Add in ½ cup of flour at a time to form a manageable dough shaped ball. Turn it onto a lightly floured surface and give it 10 minutes to knead. If needed you can add more flour to achieve a soft and pliable dough but not sticky. In a large lightly pan-sprayed bowl place the dough then cover, allowing it to rise in a warm place or for about one hour.
- Set the oven to preheat settings to 350 degrees F.
- Toss dried fruit with confectioners’ sugar. Punch dough down in a bowl then turn it onto a floured surface for kneading it in with the fruit.
- Shape the dough into a ball then place it in an 8-inch cake pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Use a dish towel to cover it loosely and allow it to rise for 30 minutes. You may brush with melted butter if desired. Place it in the oven to bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick inserted at the center comes out clean. Cut into 10 wedges and serve.
