INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
1 egg white
1 teaspoon vanilla extract |

DIRECTIONS
- Melt chocolate and butter in small heavy saucepan over low heat; stir to blend.
- Beat in powdered sugar. Beat in egg white and vanilla, adding a little water, if necessary, to make smooth, slightly soft frosting. Spoon over Chocolate Frosted Marshmallow Cookies to cover marshmallows

INGREDIENTS
* 3 cups heavy cream
* 3 cups whole milk
* 1 cup white sugar
* 1 (10 ounce) jar maraschino cherries, with juice
* 8 egg yolks
* 2 teaspoons almond extract
* 12 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped

DIRECTIONS
- Bring a large saucepan to a medium heat then blend cream, milk, sugar, and the juice from the jar of cherries. When it simmers remove from heat.
- Whisk some egg yolks in a large bowl with hot cream having 2 tablespoon at a time until you have emptied an exact 2 cups.
- Stir in the hot yolks onto the saucepan of hot cream. Set in on low heat and continue stirring. Test with a metal spoon, when it coats enough the back of it then it is ready to be poured into another container. Cover it before placing in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
- Take the maraschino cherries then chop it up. Stir in with the cold custard, almond extract and chopped chocolate. Place it in the ice cream maker then freeze following the instruction manual provided by manufacturer.

* 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
* 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
* 1/8 teaspoon salt
* 1 pint heavy cream

DIRECTIONS
- Blend in cold milk with vanilla, condensed milk and salt in a medium-sized bowl then set aside.
- Use an electric mixer for beating up the heavy cream. When the peaks have formed stiff then blend in the milk mixture with the whipped cream.
- Take a 2 quart dish then pour over the mixture. Place it in the freezer covered for about four hours. Stir every 2 hours. Place it in an airtight container for 10 days before serving.

INGREDIENTS
* 1 pound ripe strawberries, hulled and chopped
* 1/2 cup white sugar
* 1 pinch salt
* 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
* 1 1/2 teaspoons cold water
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice
DIRECTIONS
• Berries should be processed and made smooth using a food processor or a blender. Then blend it in with sugar and salt in a large-sized saucepan. Cook over low heat to melt.
• In a medium sized bowl blend in cornstarch with cold water then add in the heated berry mixture. Turn off stove before stirring in the lemon juice and let it cool. Place it in the refrigerator for about 2 hours.
