    INGREDIENTS

    * 2 cups whipping cream, divided
    * 3 egg yolks
    * 16 (1 ounce) squares semisweet baking chocolate
    * 1/2 cup butter or margarine
    * 1/2 cup light corn syrup
    * 1/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
    * 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    * RASPBERRY SAUCE:
    * 1 (10 ounce) package frozen raspberries, thawed
    * 1/4 cup light corn syrup

    DIRECTIONS

    • Prepare whisking for the ½ cup whipping cream and egg yolks in a bowl. Set aside.
    • Melt the chocolate in a saucepan with butter and corn syrup. Make sure that you are setting for a low heat until the chocolates and butter have melted. Take 1 cup of the egg yolk mixture and blend it in then, mix it all up into the pan. Make sure to cook over low heat. A great way to check if it is ready is if coats the back of a metal spoon. When ready, remove from heat then set aside for cooling.
    • Take the remaining cream with confectioners’ sugar and vanilla until it has formed soft peaks. Blend it well onto the chocolate mixture then pour over a 9 x 5 x 3 inch loaf pan. Make sure to line the pan with plastic wrap before pouring on the mixture. Place it in the refrigerator for 8 to 10 hours.
    • For the sauce, blend the raspberries using a blender then cover until puree. Strain then, throw out the seeds. Mix in corn syrup with the raspberry puree then refrigerate. Place it onto the serving platter then serve with raspberry sauce.

    • Set the stove on a medium heat and cook the mixture until it has reached a boil. Continue cooking for 2 more minutes before adding in the lemon and lime peel. Prepare a plastic wrap to serve as cover then refrigerate. When it has finally cooled off, fold in with whipped cream then scoop over individual dishes.
