INGREDIENTS
2 quarts apple cider
1 1/2 cups orange juice
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
1 dash ground cinnamon
1 dash ground cloves

DIRECTIONS
Combine all of the ingredients in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 20-30 minutes. Discard cinnamon sticks. Serve hot in mugs.

INGREDIENTS
4 cups water
4 cups apple juice
1 (12 ounce) can frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
1 medium apple – peeled, cored and diced
1 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
1 medium orange, peeled and sectioned
1 cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a 5-qt. slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cider reaches desired temperature. Discard cinnamon stick. If desired, remove fruit with a slotted spoon before serving.

INGREDIENTS
1 (64 fluid ounce) bottle apple cider
3 cinnamon sticks
1 teaspoon whole allspice
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1/3 cup brown sugar

DIRECTIONS
Combine apple cider and cinnamon sticks in a slow cooker. Wrap allspice and cloves in a small piece of cheesecloth, and add to pot. Stir in brown sugar. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat, and keep warm.

DIRECTIONS
Place cloves on a double thickness of cheesecloth; bring up corners of cloth and tie with kitchen string to form a bag. Place the remaining ingredients in a slow cooker; add spice bag. Cover and cook on low for 2 hours or until cider reaches desired temperature. Discard spice bag, cinnamon stick and tea bag before serving.

INGREDIENTS
6 cups apple cider
1/4 cup real maple syrup
2 cinnamon sticks
6 whole cloves
6 whole allspice berries
1 orange peel, cut into strips
1 lemon peel, cut into strips

DIRECTIONS
- Pour the apple cider and maple syrup into a large stainless steel saucepan.
- Place the cinnamon sticks, cloves, allspice berries, orange peel and lemon peel in the center of a washed square of cheesecloth; fold up the sides of the cheesecloth to enclose the bundle, then tie it up with a length of kitchen string. Drop the spice bundle into the cider mixture.
- Place the saucepan over moderate heat for 5 to 10 minutes, or until the cider is very hot but not boiling.
- Remove the cider from the heat. Discard the spice bundle. Ladle the cider into big cups or mugs, adding a fresh cinnamon stick to each serving if desired.

1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon whole allspice
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 pinch ground nutmeg
1 large orange, quartered with peel
2 quarts apple cider

DIRECTIONS
Place filter in coffee basket, and fill with brown sugar, allspice, cloves, cinnamon stick, salt, nutmeg, and orange wedges. Pour apple cider into coffee pot where the water usually goes. Brew, and serve hot.

INGREDIENTS
1 quart water
3 orange spice tea bags
1/2 cup light brown sugar
2 cups apple cider
1 1/2 cups light rum
8 cinnamon sticks
3 teaspoons butter

DIRECTIONS
- Pour water into a large saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from heat and toss in the orange spice tea bags. Cover and let steep 5 minutes. Remove tea bags and stir in sugar, apple cider, rum, and 2 of the cinnamon sticks. Heat just to steaming — do not boil.
- Ladle hot cider into 6 mugs and drop 1/2 teaspoon butter into each. Garnish with a cinnamon “swizzle” stick.

INGREDIENTS
1 large orange
3 whole cloves
2 3/4 cups fresh orange juice
8 cups apple juice
1/4 cup raisins
1 cinnamon stick

DIRECTIONS
Peel the skin from the orange leaving the bitter white pith behind. Stick the cloves into the skin. Squeeze the juice from the orange and add to the 2-3/4 cups orange juice. Place all ingredients into a large nonreactive pan and bring to a boil over high heat. Remove from heat, cover and allow standing at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Serve warm or cold.

1 12-oz. pkg. frozen unsweetened frozen red raspberries, blackberries, or strawberries, thawed
3 Tbsp. light-colored corn syrup
8 cups (1/2 gallon) apple cider
Fresh raspberries (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Cover and blend or process until pureed. Press berries through a fine-mesh sieve; discard seeds.* Transfer to a half-pint jar with lid. Cover and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.
2. To serve, combine the berry-ginger mixture with cider in a large pitcher or jug. For an individual serving, add 2 tablespoons of berry mixture to 8 ounces (1 cup) cider. Serve over ice. Top with fresh berries. Makes 8 servings.
