    A unique recipe that was created to sate the appetite of those people who love delicious and filling foods, this meal is also a very nutritious recipe. Try this special tortellini recipe on special occasions – this dish will surely be a hit among your guests and family members.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 16 ounces cheese-filled tortellini
    * 1 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
    * 1 red bell pepper, julienned
    * 1 small red onion, julienned
    * 1/2 cup sliced black olives
    * 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

    * 1 boneless chicken breast half, cooked and sliced into thin strips
    * 1/4 cup olive oil
    * 2 teaspoons grated lemon zest, minced
    * 1/4 cup lemon juice
    * 2 tablespoons ground walnuts
    * 1 tablespoon honey

    DIRECTIONS

    1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Chill the pasta.
    2. Get a bowl and mix the dressing with the rest of the ingredients in this recipe.  Put in the refrigerated pasta as well.  Season to taste and chill the salad dish once again.  Serve chilled and enjoy!
