    Some Italian recipes are just so full of delectable flavors and wondrous delights that we cannot help but to love them. This is an example of such. This recipe has an Italian flaor unlike any other recipe – try it now and see it for yourself.

    INGREDIENTS

    * 1 (20 ounce) package BUITONI® Refrigerated Family Size Mixed Cheese Tortellini, prepared according to package directions
    * 2 cups thinly sliced yellow bell peppers
    * 1 cup halved small fresh mozzarella cheese balls (bocconcini)
    * 1 cup bottled Italian vinaigrette dressing
    * 1/2 cup thinly sliced prosciutto
    * 1/2 cup drained, diced sun-dried tomatoes
    * 1/2 cup thinly sliced basil
    * Fresh cracked black pepper (optional)

    DIRECTIONS

  • Prepare the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Combine the cooked pasta with the rest of the ingredients in this recipe.  Season to taste and chill in the refrigerator.  Serve and enjoy!
